About Seniors Scene

If you’re a senior, the programs and services listed in these booklets are designed to help you stay active and deal with any health issues that may come up. They outline services available in your community to help you stay as safe and independent as possible. They talk about the importance of having a family doctor and where to go if you don’t have one.

These booklets list numbers to call for information on fitness, recreation and social gatherings. Inclusion of a service does not imply endorsement by the publisher, nor does exclusion indicate a lack of endorsement.
