Hospice Palliative Care - In-Home - London and Middlesex

In-home hospice palliative care supports for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families and caregivers. These services focus on relieving suffering and the enhancement of the quality of life for persons who are living with, or dying from, an advanced illness.

Supports, provided by service providers and volunteers, may include medical care, pain and symptom management, friendly visiting, and complementary therapies.

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
