Survivor Benefits - South West

Survivor benefits are paid to an eligible surviving spouse, dependents, or the estate of a deceased contributor. Services include publicly operated insurance or pension plans, such as the Workplace Safety Insurance Plan or Canada Pension Plan.

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
