Update for the London Cares Curb Hunger Food Drive
The London Cares Curb Hunger Food Drive is underway and we appreciate your help to encourage Londoners to show their hearts and help to fill the shelves of the London Food Bank.
On average 3,700 families per month visited the London Food Bank last year. In 2013, almost 27,600 different Londoners were helped during the year. Now we need your help filling the shelves for the upcoming summer months!
The London Cares Curb Hunger Food Drive makes it easy for Londoners to donate!
While buying your groceries for the upcoming week, please consider donating non-perishable food items to the London Food Bank donation boxes at the 25 participating grocery stores.
Ideas for donations:
- Canned food
- Rice
- Cereal
- Powdered milk

- Pastas
- Toiletries
Tomorrow we’ll be collecting curbside in Zone B – if you live in the neighbourhoods of Cherryhill, Masonville, Stoneybrook Acres, Whitehills and Sherwood Forest Please place non-perishable food donations in a bag beside your Blue Box.
