Hospice and Supportive Care
- Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness at any stage of illness from diagnosis on * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close

- Trained volunteers provide one-to-one support, companionship, and respite for caregivers, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-altering chronic or terminal illness

- Group exercise and falls prevention classes for older adults and people with mobility issues and chronic conditions * aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls

Telephone Reassurance and Security Checks
- Regular visits and phone calls to check on the health and safety of older adults and adults with a disability people who live alone * screened volunteers listen, talk, and help isolated people stay in contact with the outside world

Transportation Services
- Non-emergency transportation to local medical and non-medical appointments and regular activities such as shopping, errands, and social outings * volunteer drivers * wheelchair accessible and ambulatory transportation is available in Strathroy-Caradoc, Thames Centre, Aylmer, East Elgin, St Thomas and Central Elgin

Volunteer Transportation
- Non-emergency transportation to local medical and non-medical appointments and regular activities such as shopping, errands, and social outings available throughout Middlesex County for older adults aged 55 years and older or adults living with a disability

Volunteer Visiting
- Regular volunteer visits to older adults aged 55 and older and people with disabilities * volunteer visitors are matched one to one with clients to provide companionship and support and may take place in-home or outside the home
