Community-based services
for adults and children with intellectual disabilities including accommodation,
employment, planning and family supports:
- supported group and independent living -
one-on-one or group living settings include residential homes with 24-hour
support, and independent supported living
- family support services - assistance for families to
access community services such as school and life transition planning and
resources for respite care for the family member with an intellectual
disability living at home
- infant and child development - an early intervention,
family-based service for infants and young children at risk of delay
