Assists people with disabilities to live independently in the community by providing support services
Supportive Housing - Assistance with daily living activities is provided to adults who live in a designated group home or in a rent-geared-to-income apartment
In-Home Daily Living Supports - Services are provided to adults in their own homes
Youth and Transition (16-29 years) - Community integration program offering work preparation, voluntarism and continued education supports for youth with a disability who have transitioned from high school
