Know and Grow Line - Public health nurse available in person or by phone to discuss and provide resources and answer health questions about yourself and/or your children

Prenatal Classes - Free online prenatal classes for residents of Oxford, Elgin and St Thomas * information on breastfeeding, physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and after birth, parenting and baby care, labour and birth
