Emergency medical services (ambulance) providing pre-hospital emergency care and transportation by paramedics * contracted provider for Elgin and St Thomas * operates two ambulance stations in St Thomas, and stations in Aylmer, Rodney, Dutton and Port Burwell
Cool Aid Program - Provides a form in which people can record personal medical information that can help paramedics administer the proper treatment at the scene * form is attached to front of kitchen refrigerator by magnet * a sticker is placed on a front door or window to tell paramedics the information is available
