Information and referral for social services based inquiries * assistance for low-income families is provided through programs and services such as children's backpack program and utility assistance * one-on-one budget and debt counselling * raises and distributes funds to various community agencies * community consultation and assistance to human care services

- Fresh fruit and vegetables purchased in bulk and packaged by volunteers at 20 community sites * food boxes are available once a month on a set delivery date * order in advance from the local site * see website for program locations * delivery may be available - contact the local site for more information
