- Nutrition services for all life stages * personal support in group and/or one-to-one sessions with a certified dietitian * programs include:

OHIP-Insured Physiotherapy Clinic
- Community physiotherapy clinic * health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the musculoskeletal, neurological or cardiovascular system following a recent injury, illness, accident, hospital stay, or a flare up or worsening of symptoms that has led a decline in function.

Outreach
- Outreach staff assist with system navigation, community resources, transportation, advocacy and filling out forms
