Service Description:

4-bed complex continuing care program to help medically complex patients maintain their strength and movement *
access to nursing care, therapy, and weekly follow-ups with a doctor or nurse practitioner
9-bed rehabilitative program to help patients get back to their strength and independence after a serious medical
illness or injury * access to a doctor, nursing care, and
up to three hours of therapy
