Breastfeeding Support - Breastfeeding support and assistance from a Public Heath Nurse * phone support, office visit, or home visit available

Healthy Babies Healthy Children - Home visits and information for expectant and new parents who may want extra support * voluntary participation

Know and Grow Line - Public health nurse available in person or by phone to discuss and provide resources

Prenatal Classes - Free online prenatal classes for residents of Oxford, Elgin and St Thomas * information on breastfeeding, physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and after birth, parenting and baby care, labour and birth
