An advocacy role for children and youth in Ontario * encourages communication between service providers and children, youth and their families * education around the rights of children and youth
Advocacy services for children and youth in the following situations :- in conflict with the law
- in child welfare care
- who are receiving mental health services
- with cognitive or developmental disabilities
- who are in residential schools for the deaf, blind, hard of hearing or learning disabled
- with special needs
- Indigenous/First Nations
- who died while in care
- who have committed serious offences
