Service Description: Support for people with disabilities

Income Support - Monthly financial assistance with living expenses * helps with basic needs * includes drug coverage and vision care for eligible people and families

Employment Supports - Assistance to find and keep a job * may include training, coaching, software and mobility devices for the workplace or tools and equipment

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Income Support - Residents of Ontario 18 years and older who are in financial need and have a disability
Employment Support - Residents of Ontario 16 years and older who can legally work in Canada and have a disability that makes it hard to keep or find a job
