Service Description: Support, advocacy and guidance to adoptive parents and families * advocacy for the needs and priorities of adoptive families with communities and with political organizations * research * connects families to community organizations and agencies through partnerships

Peer to Peer Network - Group or individualized support to parents and youth includes developing transition plans during the adoption journey, such as at placement, attending school, joining a new community, through a divorce or during the addition of a new sibling * advocacy with Children's Aid Society (CAS), school or mental health services * locally and culturally representative

Support Groups - Province wide, in person or virtual available * events and special meetings * registration required

AFCCA Family Supports Program - Community of support dealing with aggression towards family, caregivers in childhood and adolescence
