Service Description: Program provides family members, caregivers and friends with tools to help in the recovery process of a loved one

Participants will learn about mental illness, coping strategies and community support for both themselves and the person who is struggling with their mental health

Services include:
  • group education events
  • peer support
  • supportive drop in sessions
  • one-on-one supportive counselling on an as needed basis

Anyone can call or email to request a phone or in-person orientation with our Family Support Worker but must complete an orientation prior to being able to attend services offered
