Service Description: Mental health services and supports geared toward the complex needs of people experiencing mental illness * one-on-one and group supports available

Information and Referral - Information about local community resources is provided by telephone

Community and Group Support Programs - Includes art therapy and self-esteem groups * other groups run at various times during the year depending on client need

Crisis and Counselling Supports - One-on-one counselling, referral to other agencies and other supports as required, available to existing clients or new clients
 
Community Wellness - Variety of leisure and life skills focused groups and activities offered to support personal growth and recovery
 
Family Support Program - Program provides family members, caregivers and friends with tools to help in the recovery process of a loved one
 
Justice Community Support Program - Mental health community support with an emphasis on short-term support and specialized support for those with justice involvement
 
London Coffee House Program - Drop-in centre that provides free coffee, tea, juice and a light snack as well as one-on-one support
