Hot Meal Program - Delivered in-town in Listowel at lunch time Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) * meals include entrée and dessert

Frozen Meal Service - Frozen meal packages by Apetito designed for older adults * more protein and vitamins with controlled levels of sodium and fat than most prepared frozen meals
