Service Description: Non-emergency transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, adult day programs, and other appointments for older adults and people with disabilities in North Perth Community by volunteer and staff drivers

In-town and out-of-town rides on a scheduled basis to registered clients by VON accessible vehicles - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

48-hour notice required (more if possible)
