Service Description: Medical alert system * allows older adults and people with disabilities to call for assistance using a help button * 24-hour emergency response

A personal help button which the subscriber wears around the neck or wrist and the communicator is plugged into the telephone jack and an electrical outlet * there is also a pendant that detects a fall and can call for help even if the subscriber cannot
