Service Description: Adapted exercise and wellness program for individuals with limited mobility to engage in regular physical activity and promote re-integration into community fitness * promotes self-directed exercise, but offers assistance from a kinesiologist, and a team of volunteers and students, when needed * variety of equipment and services including adapted cardiovascular and strength training equipment, easy to transfer plinths/mats, functional electrical stimulation cycling in the upper and lower body

Application: Referrals from family doctors, Veterans Affairs Canada, or other health agencies
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 years and older, with physical disabilities, who live in the community
