Service Description: 5-bed short-stay residential program for people with an acquired brain injury and moderate to severe behavioural problems * rehabilitative care includes a balance of activities of daily living, therapies, leisure and recreational pursuits

Typical length of stay varies from 4 to 6 weeks
Fees: Covered by OHIP
Application: Medical referral required
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People 16 years and older with an acquired brain injury and high care needs including significant behavioural problems and/or cognitive and mental health concerns that affect their ability to benefit from traditional rehab programs or community reintegration
