Service Description: 10-bed hospital inpatient acquired brain injury rehabilitation program * goal is to help patients restore and maintain an optimal level of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial independence * services provided include physiatry, nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech language pathology, social work, therapeutic recreation, rehabilitation, clinical nutrition, and clinical pharmacy
Fees: Covered by OHIP

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People 16 years and older with an acquired brain injury who need intensive and comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation * must live in the Ontario Health atHome South West or Erie St Clair areas * Glasgow Coma Scale: 9 * Rancho Los Amigos Scale: IV
