Service Description: Focuses on seniors maintaining and/or improving their overall health

Program includes a variety of exercise programs such as:

  • seniors fitness classes
  • yoga
  • ball exercise
  • Nordic poling
  • nutrition screening
  • CHAP (Cardiovascular Health Awareness Program and action plan)
  • education to address modifiable risk factors
People recovering from illness or surgery are welcome
 
Bayfield Exercise Classes - In-person exercise program * one hour class led by a certified Seniors Fitness Instructor at the Bayfield Arena
