Personal Identification, Certificates and Licences - Elgin

Application for a driver's licence, social security card, Ontario Health Card and other personal documents are handled through different ministries and departments.

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
