TIME™ at Home: Program run by UHN Toronto Rehab * online mobility exercises designed to overcome mobility issues * chance to socialize with peers * registration required

Neurosask: Partnered with University of Saskatchewan * virtual program for people with neurological conditions * physiotherapy guided movement, health tips and social connections * registration required

Gentle Yoga: 45 minute virtual class * mostly seated positions * gentle movement * meditation

SPIRIT Club:
Yoga, Zumba, meditation and nutrition * taught by certified professionals * online gym classes * sign up for a free membership
