Wellness programs, including education, exercise and falls prevention and health screening for adults who are 55 years of age and older
Programs include:- Free blood pressure clinics
- Congregate dining
- Community Meal Delivery
- Education, such as presentations, cooking classes, etc
- Health workshops such as Heart Health, Getting The Most Bone Health
- Foot care clinics
- Exercise Programs:
- Yoga
- Walking group
- Wii bowling
- Tiered Exercise Program
- Fit Stix
- Games, such as cards, connect 4, bingo, memory, etc
