Service Description: Outreach office providing assessment and treatment for people with substance use and problem gambling/behavioural issues * outreach locations vary * location details provided during appointment scheduling

Family Counselling - Counselling available to family members impacted by someone’s substance use and/or problem gambling/behavioural issues
 
Adult Substance Use Program - Free, practical and confidential services to anyone in Huron and Perth Counties who have concerns about their own or someone else’s alcohol use, or drug use
 
Case Management - Works with individuals experiencing symptoms of mental illness who require support to live and work in the community * case managers provide on-going support as needed in order to stabilize, achieve goals, and improve quality of life * Case Management services are tailored to the individual, based on their identified goals for support * participation in the Case Management Program is a prerequisite to obtain CMHA Huron Perth supportive housing
 
Court Diversion Program and Court Support Services - Partners with the criminal justice system and the mental health system to provide direct service to people who have a serious mental illness, developmental challenges, or brain injury who have been charged with a minor offence * program promotes treatment and rehabilitation to prevent recidivism
 
Family Support Services - Provides family members, caregivers, and friends with tools to help in the recovery process of a loved one * participants will learn about mental illness, addiction, coping strategies and community support for both themselves and their loved one struggling with their mental health or addiction * services include group and one on one education sessions, peer support, and skills coaching
 
Peer Outreach Services - Peer Outreach Workers use their own lived experience with mental health and addiction to walk alongside people in their journey of recovery and wellness * supportive listening and assist with navigating the mental health, addiction, and health care systems
 
Problem Gambling and Behavioural Change Program - Free, practical and confidential services to anyone in Huron and Perth counties who may be struggling with issues related to problematic behaviours
