Service Description: Provides support to individuals, and their family members, who are experiencing symptoms of mental illness or addiction, and who may also be experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless
 
Resource Centre - The Resource Centre provides a multipurpose room with access to a telephone and computers, as well as vocational, social, leisure and educational programming * access to individual function assessments, addiction assessments and referrals to appropriate treatment centres * the program is open to both men and women * attendees not staying the Emergency Shelter are escorted to and from the program room * the program remains a drop-in space 
 
Streetscape - Provides crisis outreach services to community mental health program participants * dedicated team supports individuals who are in need of support * offer worker assigned support including court diversion program, housing advocacy and assistance with income services * team helps navigate and access other social services and food services agencies, and community resources
 
Transitional Case Managers (Outreach) - Team of case managers providing transitional assistance and support to those who are leaving hospital and coping with mental illness * case managers maintain ongoing contact with clients after hospital discharge for up to nine weeks
