Service Description: The Resource Centre provides a multipurpose room with access to a telephone and computers, as well as vocational, social, leisure and educational programming * access to individual function assessments, addiction assessments and referrals to appropriate treatment centres * the program is open to both men and women * attendees not staying the Emergency Shelter are escorted to and from the program room * the program remains a drop-in space
