Service Description: Short term relief services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities

In-Centre - Overnight program with 24-hour support and assistance with personal care, daily living routines and leisure opportunities

Activity Night - Offers young adults 18 years and older a night out each week to enjoy some fun and friendship * program operates Wed evenings from Sep-Jun

Saturday Hangouts - Offers adults 18 years and older the opportunity to "hang out" with friends and enjoy some weekend fun * program operates 2 Saturdays per month

Adult Day Program - Offered Mon-Fri for adults who have graduated high school and are looking for meaningful day supports * provides education, leisure, and life skills opportunities * individualized/enhanced supports available

Autism Respite - Saturday programs, Summer Teen Camp, and overnight weekend respite for children and youth 5 to 17 years with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder

Sibshops - Workshops for children/youth who have a brother or sister with special needs * recreational and therapeutic activities * no cost for workshop but pre-registration is required
