- Adult day program offers social/recreational supports in a group setting for older adults with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, frail elderly and/or chronic illness * opportunities for social, spiritual, recreational, and therapeutic activities are facilitated * provides a break for family caregivers who are responsible for day-to-day care *
