Service Description: Wellness programs, including education, exercise and falls prevention and health screening for adults who are 55 years of age and older

Programs include:
  • Free blood pressure clinics 
  • Congregate dining
  • Community Meal Delivery 
  • Education, such as presentations, cooking classes, etc
  • Health workshops such as Heart Health, Getting The Most Bone Health
  • Foot care clinics
  • Exercise Programs:
    • Yoga
    • Walking group 
    • Wii bowling
    • Tiered Exercise Program 
    • Fit Stix
  • Games, such as cards, connect 4, bingo, memory, etc
Fees: Most programs are free, with the exception of some exercise and dining programs
