Service Description: Offers housing opportunities as a part of addiction treatment planning

Participants can move into supported units and attend programming that assists them with developing the life skills to obtain their own permanent housing and maintain it for the long term while working on recovery goals

Exeter Supportive Housing - Subsidized apartments providing support for people to re-integrate into the community
 
London Supportive Housing - Living alternatives to hospitalization in a home-like setting with staff support
 
Property Services - Access to affordable housing
 
Rent Supplement Program - Provides clients a rent supplement to enable clients to obtain/maintain housing
 
St Thomas Supportive Independent Housing - Safe, secure, supportive, affordable, permanent independent living accommodations for people with mental health and addictions * each service assesses a person for fit and readiness based on individual need
 
Tillsonburg Supportive Housing - Homelessness initiative program that offers safe, affordable, permanent housing options in partnership with other community services * provides rent subsidies and housing support based on tenants needs to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness * subsidized housing available throughout Oxford County
 
Woodstock Supportive Housing - Living alternatives to hospitalization in a home-like setting with staff support
