Service Description: Independent living with daily on-site staff support * bachelor, one bedroom and two bedroom units available * each building has a lounge, kitchen, office, and private meeting area

Focuses on recovery for people who live with mental illness * goal of reintegrating clients into community living

Congregate Living - 23-unit building * staffed daily 10am-5pm

Individual Apartments - 22 units throughout a wheelchair accessible community building * staffed daily 10am-5pm

Nicole's Choice - 28-unit building * female only * wheelchair accessible * staffed daily 10am-5pm
Fees: Rent geared to income * rates determined by Ministry of Health and Long Term Care
Application: Referral from a mental health professional or visit website
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Need to be willing to develop and work on a rehabilitation plan * need to be able to care for own physical needs, maintain own apartment, take medication independently, maintain basic living skills, and not be considered a threat to others
